As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.
ARIEN DPT will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.

How can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an email from the shipping company containing the tracking information of your order.
By which shipping courier will my order be shipped?
We use different couriers to get customers their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the corresponding courier. As well as any relevant tracking information you might need. Our shipping couriers are exclusively DHL, GLS, and UPS.
Something went wrong with my order. What to do?

How to return a piece?
We appreciate you choosing your pieces carefully and checking all the things in the item description before you order. That way, you only receive pieces you really want.
If something still needs to be fixed or really doesn't fit you, email info@ariendpt.com, and we will help you! The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer. As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund the money the same way you sent it to us within fourteen days.
Returns are accepted within 14 working days starting from the arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in a 100% resellable condition, in their original packaging, and with all hangtags still attached.

At all times the staff will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, it may happen that for some reason or cause beyond our control, an order may be canceled, in which case ARIEN DPT will communicate it within a period not exceeding 24H working accompanied by a refund in the method of payment used by the customer for the purchase.
Shipments to the UK may be delayed slightly longer than normal due to the situation with respect to the European Union. Customs formalities may delay deliveries and, in some cases, may result in additional charges to the customer that must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. UPS will notify the customer and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay these fees.
