Returns and Refunds
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Always keeping in mind that the item must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label, otherwise we cannot accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Return Costs
Without prejudice to the above, we would like to point out that all return costs will be borne by the customer. If you are a customer from the European Union, you will only have to pay the shipping costs. If you are a customer from outside Europe, in addition to the shipping costs that will be borne by you, there will also be Customs Charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we recommend that you be very sure of what you buy because, with exchanges, you may not find the size because the goods sell out immediately.
14 day EU Returns Period
Without prejudice to the above, if your goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Always remember that the item must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label, otherwise we cannot accept the return. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
